Day 01 Arrival in Osaka
Arrive at Kansai (KIX) Airport on your selected arrival date via any convenient flight. Upon arrival, meet our English-speaking assistant outside the arrival hall and proceed to the hotel. (Check-in after 15:00 hrs). After dinner, enjoy some free time to explore the local area at your leisure.

Day 02 Osaka Expo
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to visit the Osaka Expo 2025, where you can explore exhibits and network with industry professionals. Lunch will be provided. Continue the expo visit in the afternoon. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before returning to the hotel. Overnight in Osaka.

Day 03 Osaka Expo
After breakfast, attend seminars and workshops at Osaka Expo 2025, gaining insights into the latest innovations. Lunch will be provided. Continue your networking and exhibit visits in the afternoon.

Day 04 Osaka – Kobe – Osaka
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and meet our English-speaking guide. Proceed for a full-day city tour, starting with a visit to Kobe’s Great Hanshin–Awaji Earthquake Museum, dedicated to earthquake disaster prevention. Experience a realistic reproduction of the moment the Great Hanshin Earthquake struck.
Make a photo stop at the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, the world's longest suspension bridge, which spans 4 kilometers and connects the city of Kobe to Awaji Island.
Drive back to Osaka City for an orientation tour covering Umeda and the Grand Front Area, followed by a visit to one of Japan’s most iconic landmarks – Osaka Castle, which played a key role in Japan’s unification during the 16th century.
Lunch will be provided, then spend the evening shopping at Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, Osaka’s famous entertainment and shopping districts. After the tour, proceed to check in at your Osaka hotel and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 04 Osaka – Kobe – Osaka

Day 05 Osaka – Nara – Kyoto – Osaka
After breakfast, meet your English-speaking guide at the hotel lobby and proceed to Kyoto. Visit the famous Kinkaku-ji Temple (Golden Pavilion), followed by a peaceful stroll through the Botanical Garden to witness the cherry blossoms. Continue to Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and cross the scenic Togetsu Bridge.
Lunch will be provided, then head to Nara to explore Todai-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Nara Deer Park, home to over a thousand freely roaming deer across 500 hectares. Return to Osaka in the evening.
Conclude the day with dinner at a local restaurant, then proceed to your Osaka hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and enjoy some last-minute shopping in Japan before transferring to the airport.

- Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

- It is strongly and highly recommended that guests stick to scheduled timings and adhere to rules seriously.
- Any delays beyond 15 mins by guests, Tour Manager and Guide can take a decision to proceed with tour plan in view of all other guest&rsquos time value.
- In the event of any cancellations of scheduled sightseeing, refund will be arranged with 15 days after the tour.
- All s to be kept in safe custody till end of the tour. (Prints are recommended but not mandatory)
- Confirmation vouchers, travel s and Coordinator's numbers will be handed over 7 days to departure.
- Kindly check all s with complete vigil to bring any discrepancies to our notice for immediate action. Non-Revert within 3 days of receipt of s will be considered as final confirmation and accepted.
- Itinerary may get changed to ensure passenger's safely and also as per local situational developments.
- Decision of the Organizing team is final considering facts and ground realities, to avoid any complications during the tour.
- Hotels will be allocated as per the category selected & Upgrades are subject to availability at an additional cost.
- Any detour in itinerary is additional on charge and should be informed in advance..
- In the event the said hotel is not available, a suitable and similar hotel will be provided.
- All meals will be provided in regular Indian restaurants. Standard Menu grids will be provided.
- Any unforeseen delay and situations that give way to act on skipping meals will be decision of Tour Manager.
- Currency variation will be charged to partner/ client.
- Any Additional tours/ addons are at an extra cost and has to be notified well in advance.
- Documents should be submitted well in advance and delay may result in cancellation.
- Organizers decision is final and may consider adjusting the itinerary/ tour plan as per prevailing situations.
- Postponements/ Adjustments/ Cancellations are as per policy and acceptance of same subject to Organizers choice.
- Submission of Visa s for processing and issuing flights is sole responsibility of Partner/ Client.
- Meal plan and transport would at scheduled time for the groups and any personal requirements would be at an extra cost.
- Delegate/ Tourist/ Traveller has to obey local guidelines & rules and any misbehaviour will not be tolerated.
- Travel Insurance is recommended strongly and pls take it.
- Security Deposit, Tips, Gratuities are Mandatory and must be paid.
- No Credit is allowed and all advances and full payments to be received before departure at any cost. Else tour participation will be cancelled.
- The registrations are non-transferrable in any circumstance and non-refundable post validity period.
Travel Basics
Here is a list that you must know while traveling International:
- Always follow the Tour Leader/ Tour Manager and their instructions for smooth tour and Happy Memories.
- Please read about destinations, Understand Time Zones, Learn the local customs & culture and explore norms to experience best.
- Carry up to 3000 Euros (1000 Euros minimum) during travel. (Keep in safe custody or use Lockers in rooms).
- Private tours are on extra cost basis.
- Avoid venturing independently unless confident and do not interfere with foreigner groups.
- In case of situations, please Tour Manager/ Leader for assistance or Local Police for immediate back up.
- Should not speak loudly and be courteous. Avoid any arguments and always try to approach someone trustworthy.
- Record Helpline numbers in every destination for emergency. Pls make a note of Address/ Contact numbers of hotels in case of emergency.
- Report 15-20 mins before scheduled time as Vendors are punctual (unless a Situation) and Overtime is charged.
- Smart phones are recommended. and pls check international roaming status before departures.
- Baggage Allowances to be as per guidelines and it is recommended to carry 1 check in Baggage (23kgs) and 1 cain baggage (7-10 kgs) during the tour.
- It is recommended to book Refundable airfares for the benefit of having low cancellation charges in case of visa rejections.
- ID Proof any Passport copies as back up. (For International Travel)
- Water Bottle with a Filtering System or tap water. Water bottles are not available.
- Public toilets are on chargeable basis in Europe. (1-4 euros per use)
- Please do carry Daily Medications and Preions if any if a medical history exists.
- Phone Chargers and Universal Adaptors are required as sockets are different in USA.
- Recommended to carry Walking Shoes as Europe demands more walking. (10000-20000 steps a day)
- Shades, Earphones, Cap, Power bank, Sunscreen Lotion, Camera, Wet Wipes, Ladies basics, Toilet Papers are recommended.
- Mosquito Cream/bands/net depending upon your itinerary.
- Plan to go in groups for shopping for better negotiation power and complimenting support.
Booking Terms
- 25% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
- Submission of all relevant s is the sole responsibility of the Passenger & Guest.
- Any Fake s/ Expired s is liability of the passenger.
- Visa issuance is not the responsibility of Company unless specified.
- Air fair is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
- 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 7 days of departure date.
- 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 14 days of departure date.
- In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

Cancellation Policy
We thrive to stand by you to assist in saving maximum losses that may incur and In the event of cancellation of the proposed trip from client/ partner, we extend following cancellation charges structure which are imposed by our suppliers in organizing the tour.
- More than 45 days before departure: Registration fee/booking amount is non-refundable.
- Between 45 and 21 days before departure: 75% of the package price.
- Between 20 and 0 days before departure: 100% of the package price.
- Written notification is required for these charges to apply.
In the event of a medical emergency (valid proof to be provided), we can assist with up to a 50% refund if the cancellation occurs up to 10 days before departure
Any delay in payments will result in delay or lag in committed services. Services cannot be guaranteed, and it is advised that all transactions are complete 7 days prior to departure.
